On a radio show recently, a wife called in to tell me her story about how she handled her husband’s lack of “wardrobe awareness.” She was SO tired of seeing her husband’s battered and worn out underwear that were barely hanging on by a thread, she was motivated to drastic action. One morning, when she was putting clothes in the laundry, she took a black Sharpie pen and drew circles around three holes in a pair of her husband’s underwear. One note with an arrow to a hole surrounded by her drawn circle said, “Air.” The next note around her circled hole in his underwear said, “Enter.” The note around the third hole said, “Exit.” The husband laughed later that day and promptly bought new underwear.
